Katie McLaughlin, PA-C

Katie McLaughlin is a board-certified physician assistant. Katie attended Freed-Hardeman University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She went on to obtain a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, TN. 

Katie grew up surrounded by medical influence, as her mother is a family medicine physician, and developed a passion for medicine early on. She saw the positive impact her mother made, and continues to make, on the lives of others, and was inspired to be a part of it all. Growing up in East Tennessee, she saw the lack of rural healthcare, particularly in specialties, and knew she wanted give back to the region that raised her. She is excited and grateful for the opportunity to be part of a team that prioritizes patient-centered care. 

When she’s not in clinic, Katie enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines, watching soccer, and spending time with her husband and their miniature dachshund, Slinky. She also enjoys reading and a good latte.”
